BRISTA expands production facilities with a new mesh welding line

BRISTA, specialist for metal processing and surface finishing, recently expanded its production facility with a mesh welding line at its headquaters in Höingen. The extension of the machinery with a wire straightening and cut off machine is part of the continuing expansion of services that BRISTA provides to its customers in the field of metal processing and finishing. This is how the customers also benefit from modern machinery that allows the production of industrial mesh and fence mats with high speed and precision.
The combination of hot-dip galvanizing and powder coating allows BRISTA customers to obtain custom fence mats in familiar BRISTA quality. The combination of the new mesh welding line with already existing production facilities, the hot-dip galvanizing and powder coating, provides organizational as well as logistical advantages. This bundling of competence in terms of production and delivery from a single source generates important competitive advantages for all BRISTA customers.
What are industrial mesh and fence mats?
Industrial mesh fence and mats are also known as double stick mats. They have parallel horizontal wires, which gives the fence elements additional stability.
The wire sizes in these fencing panels vary depending on light or heavy version of the mat between 5, 6 and 8mm. After production double stick mats are either galvanized; or hot-dip galvanized and powder coated; or made of sendzimir galvanized wire and powder coated.
